Topgolf - Birmingham

I usually love this restaurant, but on Valentine's weekend it was extremely busy. Unfortunately, all the lower sections were closed due to short staff, but somehow only 6 people were working. They took our name and number so we could receive a text when our 4-hour wait was almost over. I think the situation could have been handled better, especially since I tried to make a reservation but was only told they were accepting walk-ins. On a positive note, our waiter was excellent. However, we didn't even get to order dessert by the time we left.

The beginning of the restaurant review was very smooth and quick. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. The staff were excellent and were able to accommodate all our requests even at short notice. A young man brought extra clubs for our guests shortly after we arrived at our table. However, our experience was marred by our hostess Anissa. She seemed reluctant to serve us and caused confusion with our drink orders. Additionally, there was an issue with the burgers not being cooked well, which was eventually resolved. Overall, it was a difficult experience at this Birmingham location due to Anissa's attitude, as previous visits to different locations had been excellent.

We had a wonderful experience at this fantastic golf facility. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager even treated us to a complimentary appetizer when we changed bays. We always have a fantastic time here!

Food/drinks are a little pricey but it's alot of fun for the family. You need about 3 hours to get a good round in
