The honey chicken biscuit was super good and the coffee was great!

I got a coffee here a while back and when I got it, it was pitch black. Since I didn’t get asked if I wanted creamer or sugar I assumed it wouldn’t be this way or that this would be out for consumer use. No. I had to ask the employee to add it after they had already filled the entire jar with coffee. It was a cute arrangement, however the coffee itself just wasn’t it. I respect the effort, but please seek change with this process.

I'm not a fan of the customer service or atmosphere. Coffee was ok!

After waiting in line for a while, it was later discovered that I likely had my online order taken by someone else. I am very thankful for the kind lady who made a point to come apologize to me explaining what she thought might have happened. She reimbursed my order with a gift card for the inconvenience when she didn’t have to! I am very grateful for owners and staff who genuinely care about their customers and want them to have a great experience! Thank you, Seeds team!

So glad I found this place. Excellent coffee, knowledgable and very friendly staff. Almost makes me want to move to Birmingham!
