Used to be great tasting coffee but for some reason this year the quality changed along with the packaging. we've been ordering the same gourmet flavor for 3 years and the taste is awful now.

Decent coffee, horrible company to deal with, impossible to reach over the phone, moody and arrogant delivery drivers, having to buy coffee from other suppliers since our coffee guy stopped coming 2 months ago and I cant talk to anyone in the company... I wish IHG would drop them as their approved and only coffee/tea supplier

Every time I visit a restaurant and enjoy their coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, they always tell me it's Royal Cup. I'm not sure why they're so unaware, because it's always my favorite! I really wish they would sell these individual beverages to the public!
