I decided because I really wanted Popeyes. When I came to the door, I kept it open for an employee, apparently the manager judged her uniform. She had a big bag of food and told me that the inside was closed. There was another employee behind her who came in and we don't have a chicken we only have nuggets? I said thank you and I left. A terrible visit.
Drive to the intercom and see a sign that says to order in the window. So I never raise around the lady greets me just standing there that looks at me for a few minutes, so I begin to order the lady, says we have no chicken....so I wait a minute, she says nothing else, so I ask if they have any fish or shrimp or what she says no....Terrible experience here will not go to this Popeyes site ever again
This place has the best chicken for me. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. From the managers to the cashier. You always have a smile on her face. What I don't like is how this location is not well maintained. This restaurant is one of the only ones in his neighborhood. The owners neglect it. We ask companies for upgrades and devices. But the only thing that is done is higher costs for food and less quantity. Staff do the best to show a united front and we appreciate it. We, the community, don't tear up our business, it's non-locals that keep going. We appreciate this place very much. We want to see more cameras, lighting, drive through menu board, cleaned parking space and more support for the staff. They do the best they can. We see they try very hard to get the brand and the picture. It's not fair to them, it affects his and her morality. They have ordered the store to clean professionally, and it has not, they have requested food orders that are late, training materials and better upline support. Big Business wants the money, but CUSTOMER SERVICE Trumps THAT! These are people who live and work in our community and stand behind them. CORPORATE can BETTER and STOP REDLINING. I drive from all over town to come to this place that should tell you my LOYALTY to the great staff and location! Treat your employees better than that. Thank you.
You told me to move forward and I ordered in the window. Ordered a half spicy half mild 12-piece family meal that comes with 2 large sides and cookies. I didn't get cookies, my red beans had written that they should be thrown away 2 hours before I got them. I received only mild chicken, and instead of 3 thighs and 3 breasts I received 1 thigh and 5 chest (which no one asked or told me). My other side was Fritten, who they weren't even half full. They were also from all sauces except 3 Saucen.i would have made them correct my order, but I did not check my order until I came home, which was 35 minutes away. I should have gone the extra 5 minutes and went to the other Popeyes.
On 5/16/23 about 530pm I went through the drive thru and wait 10 minutes before the person took my order and halfway thru the 10 minutes I said hello she said ma'am I said give me a minute. I couldn't get chicken because there was a 20 minute wait. I couldn't get a individual box be there was no chicken. I got the surf and turf but couldn't get regular chicken tender but she didn't have regular only spicy. Then when I got to the window my order was 6.50 I gave her my card she couldn't take cards because the machine didn't work! This joint is raggedy. So l had 5.00 and change she offered to take the diet coke off I told her no and she end up letting me pay 5.40 in cash I don't know who running this joint but yall need to close down. There were all types of questionable guys walking around the bldg.
