Encore Rouge - Birmingham

So I decided to stop and try it and the atmosphere was great. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I tried the Hennessy Margarita and it was good except for I couldn?t feel it. I also tried the catfish and wings. They have nice portion sizes but they are very light on the seasoning. I will go back again for the food though but not the drinks. When I pay $18 for a drink I expect to feel something from it.

I would love to give this place a five star review, but they don?t sell sweet tea, which I think is necessary because of the foods they serve. As far as the food, it is great. I had wings, and I got a piece of my cousin?s fish. I enjoy both, and the fish they have a large portion of fish. I had some cake, which was good too. I think it was called a honey bun cake. The customer service was great as well. I would definitely go back.

Great interior design! I love how this is a black-owned buisness! I ordered the Cajun and Shrimp Alfredo and it was sooo good! Cooked perfectly and did not disappoint! Food came out fast asffffff . The only thing I would say is the bread that comes with this meal should be slightly bigger given the price point. Would love to see combos on this menu to pair with wings or something Overall great job!

Great place, great atmosphere, i had chicken alfredo shrimp and chicken but to me it needed a bit more seasoning..i also tried the chicken dip it was BUSSIN but the chips were way too hard..they frozen lemonade drink is great. Just don't go around closing because they not going to be cooking nothing but wings and you gone mad you waited in line. Overall i enjoyed it will go back to try other menu items.

The food, drinks, and service was outstanding! I give it a 10/10. Great location with outside seating. Will definitely be back!
