Domino's Pizza - Birmingham

Domino's Pizza Associate Jacob was beyond excellent. I have a daughter who has a rare condition when it comes to food and a very picky eater. After Jacob assisted me on answers to what I ordered, it was by far the best customer service I have received in over a decade. Didn't think customer service existed other than Chick-fil-A. Jacob needs a raise plus an award for customer service skills. Thank you Domino's for bringing a true meaning to excellent customer service skills.

Our pizzas were ready for pickup when I arrived. The employees were friendly. Our pizzas were prepared as ordered.

We tried the Philly steak pizza for the first time and it was very good.

This is bad to say, but ever since this area became 90% us, the service here has been horrible. Whenever I order either, the pizza is burnt or undercooked, or it’s wrong. I had one driver to tell me that her car was too low, (because she turned a classic into a ghetto mobile) and she couldn’t deliver my pizza to my doorstep because her car couldn’t pull the hill. Then she said that she can’t walk up the hill and told me to come get it myself. It’s not just them. From the housing to the schools to food. This whole area has went to the dogs.
