Bidrage med feedbackYou shouldn't have to wait until someone says hello or good morning to you. it takes only 5 seconds to say that someone will be with them. I know the people need to live, but if they don't like, they find a new job! but since you are based here and their livelihood of tipps, the customer service should be much better than what it is. I can't talk about eating because I didn't even take a place.
The server must have been new because it was somewhat unpolished and despite its lack of menu choices that is terrible .that food came out, it was delicious and it smoked hot 2 thumbs up.
If I could give negative stars, I would. by far the worst customer service, waited for an hour to eat. we have our order wrong, many things are missing. asked what the manager seems to be for our missing article and he said ok and went away. I waited and waited for an hour. Don't come here, they've got the worst and I mean the worst customer service in the city!
I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give a -10 stars. My husband and I met a friend that we haven't seen in 8 years at Denny's at 1pm Saturday 5-28-22 ,we stood waiting to be seated for 20 minutes. There were only two tables of 2 people each occupied, the rest of the tables were empty. There were 3 employees standing around talking. When they finally decided to seat us, they told us to be patient it was shift change. The only reason we didn't walk out before we were seated or during the next 25 minutes it took for the waiter to come get our drink order the 15 minutes before we got our drinks and had our order taken the 45 minutes to get our 3 Hamburgers and fries, was because we were enjoying catching up with our friend, after all we had 8 years of talking to do. When we finally got our food after 1hour 45 minutes it was hot and tasted pretty good, but not worth the time we had to wait, after all there were still only 8 other customers in the restaurant the whole time we were there, with 4 employees out front standing around in a group the entire time we were there. One customer stood at the register to pay for his meal for over 20 minutes, before someone came to take his money. During this entire time he was standing there and we were waiting on service and our food, not once did any of Denny's employees say that they were sorry for our wait time or thank us for our patience or even have a great day and come back. This is the 2nd and absolutely the last time we will visit this Denny's.
Very poor service I went inside here to get dinner 6/12/22 at about 1900...they said only carryout I said that's fine and ordered my food chopped steak with mashed potatoes...AND I PROMISE I CANT MAKE THIS UP they brought my food out in a doggy bag ??????
