Chick-fil-a - Birmingham

Great Chick-fil-A. was surprised that they were opened before 5 o'clock. so beautiful before an early flight. especially impressed by linda, who brought out orders this morning! thank you!

Walked up at 6:55pm and was told they were closed. Their website states they are open til 7pm. Bummer.

As I waited for my receipt the cashier rudely asked me what I was waiting for and told me to move over to the side. How about you give me a receipt please. She spent about half her time on the phone as she was serving everyone food making us all wait longer.

The attitude that the person taking my order was ridiculous. I asked for a 10 piece mini not knowing they did not have them at this location like the freestanding ones do. She was rude said that 's no such thing, I said oh okay let me get 2 4 piece minis with a large 1/2 sweet tea 1/2 lemonade. She tried to charge me for 2 combos, I told her I did not want the combo just the minis drink. She flung my order on the counter with my drink lid 1/2 off. No pleasantries like my pleasure or anything when I said thank you.

The card reader was blank when I bought breakfast this morning. It made the transaction difficult. While handling the credit card payment, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and talked down to me because I wasn’t following the invisible prompts??? Actually dogged me out in front of another customer. Terrible customer service.
