Bidrage med feedbackAs for the food, I cannot say, as I did not order. As for the ice cream, it was fairly good, as it was fairly flavorful and the Oreo cookies were crunchy (and not soggy or soft). It wasn't as I remember from years past, but nonetheless it was good. As for the wait, since there were no other cars, it was quite fast. But, one could expect a wait if they were busy. As for the staff, they seemed friendly and were very patient, but, one cannot truly evaluate this off one experience. Overall, my first and only visit (so far), was fairly nice. I will follow up upon a second go...
This Dairy Queen location takes FOREVER to get your order out. It's like they're milking the cow and making the ice cream long. The last couple times I've gone my blizzards have been melted by the time they come out. Pretty disappointing. The one in Clio is better , save you time and money and just drive a little farther to the Clio one
My first time here and in line to order. Let's see how this works... All I want is a bannan split. This is really bad. The first thing they said: A butter finger Blizzard? Then 2 minutes later upside-down cup of something was given to us. We're is my banana split??? Still waiting!!!!! Just got it...
Went to Dairy Queen at 9:20 PM. Open signs were all on and there was a car in the drive thru placing an order. We pull up to place an order and wait a good 5 minutes for someone to come to the speaker. Finally we drive around to the window where the previous car was waiting on their order thinking maybe there was an issue with the speaker system. While we drove around another car pulled up to place an order. The employees took about 10 minutes to complete the order and the car pulled away. We pulled up to the window and the employees looked at me and kept on doing what they were doing. Finally after about 2 minutes an employee opened the window and said we are closed . I said that their open signs were all on (by this time it was 9:38 PM) and let him know that we were on line when the open signs were all on. He got really rude with me and said that they just had not had time to turn them off yet and closed the window. I drove off as the other car that had been waiting about 15 minutes was yelling at the employees about them not having the courtesy to get on the speaker and let the people sitting there waiting know that you are closed and will not be taking any orders. Bad customer service all the way around. Would not eat there if you paid me if this is the level of courtesy they show to people in the drive thru.
Not sure where the extra Oreos are that I paid for but the worker and the manager told me I had received my extra Oreos that are pre measured and refused to add any more... DO NOT SUPPORT! And they were extremely slow
