Sugar Factory American Brasserie Biloxi

Paid 40 dollars for a cool drink that the waitress spills over our table and then handed over small serviettes to clean it and went away. we ordered appetizers and they were cold. was not impressed by the food and experience

That was not a good experience. I brought my 10 year old neice here for her birthday. they ordered the large smoking watermelon patch drink and the colorful slider that come with their signature rubber. she had a fabulous time that was the point. if I and my sister had been alone, I would have sent my meal back and left. I had the fish and chips and my fish was totally overpriced black almost tasty burnt and the twill rings were soggy and greasy as well as the limp unbeatable coleslaw that was water out and on my teller. my sister ordered the steak sandwich with a side salad instead of fries. the waitress accidentally brought back the fries with an salat and then took us on the salat! her $20 sandwich was soo dry she had to ask for more kondiments to get it down. this level of eating and service is not what I expect from a place where I get a bill for $160. the sweetness side was also almost completely naked with no selection of sweetness that I have seen on other places. Overall, I would say save her SugarFactory visit for maimi new york or read Vegas...not mississippi!
