Celebrated my 60th birthday! Food wine was awesome! We will definitely be back again.

So sad that all entree's we're cold when theu came out, except for the two scallops I had for an appetizer. After craving some Lobster Macaroni for sometime, they failed to satisfy my taste buds. The Florida Grouper was dry and cold also. I've been to Scarletts twice and each time the French Onion Soup came out below luke warm temperature. My partner and I dined here for our date night. We ordered the mussels, blue crab salad, flounder en papillote, and the scallops. The food was very good and the staff were very professional and attentive. They charge Las Vegas prices so be prepared to open your wallet but overall it was a very good experience in a city without many fine dining options. We will absolutely be back to try some of their other offerings.

While staying at the Scarlet Pearl I was able to enjoy the Sunday Jazz Brunch. The staff was friendly and helpful. My waiter was very attentive and made sure everything was as I wanted it. There were great menu options. I chose the Deep Fried, Banana Stuffed French Toast, It was filled with Nutella and was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the original **** Mary and they spiced it just like I like it. The whole experience was divine.

Beautiful restaurant. They bring a bread basket. The kind I dream about. 6 different items. Service is 5 star. We had the BBQ Shrimp for app. Very good but I?ll try the crab cakes next time. French Onion soup was delicious. The right amount of everything. The prime rib cooked perfectly and delicious. Worth the price.
