Bidrage med feedbackFood and service was phenomenal. I have eaten several times in the past in this restaurant. The only one for New Year's Eve. It was a set menu and it was kind of expensive. It doesn't matter to pay for good food, but I was very disappointed that I couldn't even change my pages.
We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it a very special night. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful as usual. We go to Beau Rivage frequently and always dine there each time.
Our weekend getaway after Cruisin’ the Coast. Food was great! We had onion soup for appetizer-superb! For our meal, we had filet and lobster w/ mashed potatoes and asparagus Service was great! Our waiter was Chris and his helper was Vincent. They were a good team. This was our first visit, but will not be our last!
If this dinner was fully comped, I would not have any complaints, after all what do you expect for free, amirite? That said, it takes an average of $200 a head to eat at the flagship restaurant of the finest hotel and casino along the Gulf of Mexico, so one expects excellence. The host staff was rude, sending us away for having the audacity to arrive ten minutes early for our reservation. We found later that there is a comfortable waiting area just inside the restaurant that we COULD have been directed into. Insread, we were all but shoved toward some video poker machines. Our waiter and overall service, once finally seated, were outstanding, some of the best restaurant service anywhere, so Greg, good job. The filets were fantastic but the bone-in ribeye was overcooked and dry. I think you will be safe with the filet mignon. I honestly do not think the kitchen staff knows how to prepare different cuts of beef. The sides were awful. The 'butter-whipped mashed potatoes ' were not as good as Bob Evans microwaved ones from the grocery store. Everything could and should have better, especially at these prices, except for Greg and the wait staff and the filets. It is a shame because Beau Rivage is such a treasure. Save a small fortune and get the ribeye at the Atrium Cafe, it is outstanding. Or if you are at-least partially comped and determined to go, just order filets, eat and run. Do not linger. You can enjoy the free drinks next door in the High Limit room. Don 't even look at THE most overpriced wine list in America. No appetizers, no sides, no salads, no desserts. Eat and run! Thank me later. BR Prime Management, you are overdue for a re-imagining of your core values, a simplified menu, a better-trained chef and kitchen staff, and you need to fire the man at host stand and hire away the nice ladies in the Atrium cafe. You can do so much better if you will try.
Great experience always, great service, been about 24 times over the years, never
