Ribs is one of our favorite restaurants in Bilbao, and we always find ourselves coming back for more. The moment you step inside, you're transported to a charming American-style tavern, reminiscent of an old West movie. The atmosphere is fantastic and adds to the overall dining experience. The staff at Ribs is consistently friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. When it comes to the food, we have our go-to favorites. For starters, we highly recommend trying the Combo San Antonio or the Cheese Bacon Fries. Both are mouthwatering and the perfect way to kick off your dining experience. As for the main course, their burgers are simply outstanding. My personal favorite is the Smoked Honey Emmental Burger, which features a delicious Black Angus patty, smoked mayonnaise, Emmental cheese, baked bacon, honey sauce, crispy onion, and comes with a side of crispy french fries. The combination of flavors is absolutely divine. However, it's worth noting that everything on their menu is delicious. Whether you're a burger lover or looking to try something like ribs or some meat, Ribs offers a wide range of options that are sure to satisfy your taste buds. Overall, Ribs is a must-visit restaurant in Bilbao. The fantastic decor, friendly staff, and mouthwatering food make for an unforgettable dining experience.

Raw chicken and miserable staff. We called in here this evening. I ordered a well done double burger that was only medium but I did enjoy it. However the waitress was miserable and my partner had half a chicken. He had eating most of it but as soon as we got to the bone the chicken was raw. I told the waitress who responded with “why did you eat it before telling me” well we don’t have X-ray vision and can’t see through it. No apologies and still charged full price. I hope my partner is not ill in the morning.

We ate at 7.30pm, Service was good as was the food, for starters we had the wings and chicken pieces. For our mains I had the ribs my wife had the chicken skewers, washed down with a couple of beers. Very good indeed.
