We came near Bastia (Biguglia) for just one night. It was Saturday night and we have heard that it will be difficult to find in Bastia even at this time à available and good table. So we stopped at Umbria Taverne. The plates were huge!! Everything is good, Fritten are made at home and are delicious. I took the time to lay the feet under a table of the brewery the umbria while I was on a professional trip on biguglia between noon and two. The dish of the day: lamb and dauphinois gratin!It was good and the freshness brought by the salad and tomatoes made good on this dish, even if the meat would have been a little more tender. The greedy coffee offered was good as well, but there was no crunch (flan, tiramisu, strawberries with cream): a small biscuit would have been welcome. And I found dessert, unlike the dish, a little expensive. finally in the whole it remains a good quality price ratio. The service was on top and the atmosphere is very nice! There are even small islands on the ceiling to treat the acoustics of the place. In short, a good address.
At the hotel next door, we wanted a pizza in the evening. with tripadvisor, I found this brewery. Pizzas are excellent. the really nice inner frame. It's a shame that the air conditioning broke down.
