Subway - Big Spring

The person who took my order was sweet. the drive-thru speaker does not work and it does not tell them that they might sit there for a while before they decide to drive. there is also a huge pot that goes around the building.

Stingy used on the amount of meat and vegetables on sandwiches. I couldn't believe how bad it was. also who ran the place, the child had worked so nervous behind the counter, it was ridiculous with the way the manager would chew him before the public will never go back

Ordered online at 3:50, order was supposedly going to be ready at 4:15. Arrived at restaurant at 4:10 and waited until 4:30, asked for my order and it hadn’t even been started. Asked for a refund and was told they could not give me a refund. Claimed to be short handed, when 2 of the female employees went on break to complain, gossip and cuss with kids in the restaurant. After they finished their conversation, one went around back to make a sandwich for her friend. Walked out, will be reaching out to manager to get refund and not give any of my business ever again
