Jack In The Box - Big Bear Lake

Finally got to try the smash burger! It’s advertised everywhere but only this location seems to have the new burger. Was really fresh and the lady helping me was kind and helpful 10/10 for a fast food stop

The quality of the food goes down when there is so much waiting to enter a single toilet they have.

Only one in line, waited 20 minutes for them to stare and talk on their phone showing pictures as one did all the work in the drive threw. To then be served food that had cold fries, sourdough jack that didn 't sit well and the only food that was anything good was there two taco deal. Better off ordering food from a homeless person. Oh and the fact they didn 't lay salt down on the black ice areas where the walking path almost ended up with a er visit (local to big bear).

Very good burger, many people waiting to enter the bathroom (one only for customers)

The hamburgers are good but the place is a little neglected and lacks constant cleaning, passersby grab the bathroom as if it were public
