This lovely hotel was a 10-15 minute walk from the Biella centre: super friendly and helpful staff and spotless and comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was excellent, and yet in a quiet street.

Closer to train station. Very nice cozy hotel! Rooms are super clean and big. The staff were very welcoming and so friendly ! 10/10.

Good large room, very quiet. Reasonably priced with breakfast buffet included. Of course, excellent coffees. Very courteous staff. The stay was an absolute pleasure.
