Nisara's Kitchen - Bicholim

Bad: 1. The restaurant is located in a remote area. 2. The presence of a television was distracting to me. 3. The steamed rice was dry, despite being steaming hot. 4. I did not enjoy the red snapper dish as it was not filleted properly, with tough bones and poorly cleaned scales. Overall, this restaurant is relatively new and I hope they will work on improving these issues. I would be interested in revisiting to see any changes.
