Goodricke Teapot - Bhopal

‘Goodricke teapot’ is a small and cozy dining near lakeview bhopal and offers good food with perfect lakeview and calm and peaceful vibes. Unfortunately I couldn’t try much of their food but I had lichi mocktail which was fine and some chocolate chip cookies which were also good.

I really liked the variety of tea these folks have and the difference in taste each tea has. While the ambience was pretty subtle, the quality of service is worth mention. And having cousins who are tea lovers, this place is not less than heaven. Among the top favourites has been the Turkish Mint Tea and the Kashmiri Kahwah. Both have a distinctive aftertaste which keeps lingering at the back of the mouth for hours, and that's something lovely about their tea. While this place is a heaven for tea lovers, there is nothing too special in respect to the food. And on the price point of view, it is a bit on a higher side. However it is worth every penny spent.

We were a bit tired and just wanted a quiet little place to eat something and found this. The place is cosy and has good vibes, they have got games in there. You can sit at the table facing lake view and just introspect about things over a cup of tea, or read, or just talk.The tea was really good, it was the bombay variant. The chicken sandwich was average and bland in taste.
