Place makes the worst coffees. Have to wait till one person is working to get a good coffee.. they be hiring a stupid junkie who goes on his phone the whole time and doesn’t know what extra ice means.

Last week when I was at the Essex St. Dunkin Donuts Casey was the only staff there. Although she was incredibly busy, she kept her calm and remained very pleasant, as she always is.
