Chef Fuji is simply the best. As a long time fan of his culinary creations in San Diego and now in Beverly Hills, I feel lucky to be able to indulge at Nozawa Bar in such an intimate setting. Chef Fuji’s attention to detail, culinary skill, and ability to entertain his guests for the evening are just some of the reasons why we keep going back. Best sushi in LA without question. Best sushi I've ever had in my life! Chef Fujita and the second chef were super professional but friendly and interactive as well. There was some guest that arrived pretty late and we had to wait a bit for the pieces, but the chef kept apologizing for it, we understood. The highlights of the night were the uni, the monkfish liver, the Maine Lobster nigiri as well as the scallop nigiri. Definitely recommend a visit and please arrive on time.
