New owner of the 2 keys in Bettlach! But when a chef says he is a disciple of Escoffier and serves a cold beef net on a cold plate with fries without seasonal vegetables, an egg-free caesar salad and strictly no originality in the dishes, a slow service at the limit of the agacement(2 hours for 2 poor dishes! )No this leader does not deserve to be a restorer in the sundgau. Shame on you.
