I was waiting for my order of one sandwich for 10 minutes before they tell me it's going to be 15 minutes before I get my food. I ask how could that even be possible and they say they're just now putting the chicken down for it. Seriously? Was cold when I got it too. I have consistently gotten great food and service at this Zaxby's. No fastfood restaurant is perfect and won't get every thing right every time, but I have found over the last year that this Zaxby's is often very consistent with the freshness of food and service.
