Your Pie Pizza - Bethlehem

Was laughing at me cause they said well i will take it home with me when we asked for 2 10 inch pizza but the insulation was they just didn't care i sat there once to get my order wrong and laughed at like it was my fault the kids behind the counter is kust playing games and making jokes not even that .. telling me sir we are closed and i said well im making a complaint because yall laughing at the mistake yall made and nowni seenu giys making my food like it does not matter...i did not ask for nothing free..i asked for what i paid for nowynfood is compromised because nobody cares about what i paid for..i paifor my food...in full and to be laughed at and ignored..kids are running this store apparently

Stopped in to get my usual, the manager Emily prepared my pasta. I asked for extra marinara sauce, she gave me a drop of sauce. Then she gave me a cold stare. I looked back at her, thinking that was weird. I asked for garlic. I looked over the garlic empty. Emily rubbed the empty container and said, that 's all we have while shaking the moisture from the garlic onto my food. I asked if they had any in the back. She said, no. I knew she was lying because of the coldness that came from her voice. I waited for my pasta to go into the oven. I asked the young man, as he walked by, when will you have more garlic come in. He walked to the back to check. Emily left her customers walked to the back with him. He came out and said, yes, we are out. Emily walks back to her customers, and yells, she needs an 14 inch. I 'm thinking, ok you she gotta be nervous about me asking questions because she could have gotten the 14inch dough, instead of telling, the young man to come out and lie to me. I waited an hour, went back into the restaurant, lord and behold, the garlic magically appeared. My daughter, and I did not enjoy our food. I guess today just wasn 't our day. Thanks Emily for this awful Your Pie experience.

Does anyone know who owns this Bethlehem location? Food is always good.Mon-Fri lunch team is good, attentive and friendly. However, the weekend associates (not the same staff) need customer service training. This is twice..they were robots…even zombie like. Girl who brought my pizza out practically threw it on the table. The table that was dirty..like the rest of those in a restaurant with only 3 people. Didn’t see a manager on duty.

Great local spot. The dough is great . Expensive great pizza! The salads were small and pricey for the size! We will be back for pizza only .

First time here. Never again. They were not busy. Took awhile for anyone to greet us. Then another long wait to get waited on. There were employees walking around. Ordered cheesesteak. It was tough and tasteless. Service was poor. Will not be going back
