Carvel Express - Bethlehem

I mean it is a franchise and is consistent. Ideally I prefer a Cold Stone, but because of the convenience of this location makes it an easy choice. They definitely have a good selection of hard ice cream but lack in topping selection. Lots of take home ice cream and cake selection. Good place for quick ice cream or shake to go.

I went to carvel last night and ordered a medium cake carvalanche. The cup wasn't filled all the way up with ice cream and I had to ask for whipped cream. When whipped cream was put on, it was barly anything and did not fill the dome lid on top. I've been to carvel before,and don't remember it being so skimpy on the serving size. Overall though, the ice-cream always tastes good. I'm not sure if I'll be back though, I shouldn't have to ask for proper service.

Wednesdays are still buy one soft-serve sundae and get one free at this Carvel. My husband and I grew up on this ice cream and it 's still our favorite. They make their own cakes up fresh in this store. I highly recommend their Dusty Road sundaes. And if you like fruit cocktail topping, theirs is the best!

My goodness the ice cream cake makes you want to fake birthday.

I purchased some Flying Saucers for my tee-ball team and the kids loved them! The staff was great and gave me some ice for my cooler too! While I was there I sampled the Snickers soft serve. Delicious!
