Cajun Cafe Fast Food Inc

I have gotten food from this place before in-person, so I decided to order this time and it was pretty good! The food is well cooked and very tasty.

The food was really bad. Im assuming the Crab Rangoons were airfried, as the wrappers were way undercooked except for the ends. All of the chicken was either gray and inedible, bad, or really bad. The rice and lo mein were both flavorless.

I got the general tso and the teriyaki and it was disgusting, the teriyaki doesnt look cooked at all. the cajun noodles are decent and the rice was really the only thing that was good. The chicken tasted soggy and disgusting, its never like this in person i am appalled. really.

The crab rangoons were really sweet and was mostly just a wonton with cream cheese. No green onions or crab in it. At least from what I could see. They pretty much had fell apart. Fried rice was hard and didnt really taste like much but rice and soy sauce. The chicken was pretty good but dry. The best part about everything were the green beans. I hadnt been to crossgates in so long that I could not remember which one of these restaurants was the bad one. Its this one. China max is 100x better.

I have been ordering this three times a week, and it was absolutely delicious. Today, I placed my regular order of three parts, Bourbon chicken a choice of two sides. I am extremely disappointed that the photo above is the portion sizes Ive received. This is unacceptable. especially as a long-term and frequent customer. Theres one portion of chicken, IF THAT, a few potatoes that werent fully cooked and a ton of rice. For the price, this is wrong. They also forgot my extra sauce, which I place with each order, every...single...time; this caused the tiny bit of chicken to be dry and tasteless. Im considering asking for a refund, but they could not be reached at any of their contact numbers online. Wow!
