Mamma Lucia Bethesda

I think Momma Lucia could be part of my regular rotation! Eating is solid. The service was slow, but this is to be expected! Maybe. I will apply for a job there to leave my summer!

I ordered Alfredo with chicken and I enjoyed it a lot. Pizza wasn't like I expected, felt like dough was the issue not the toppings. Also bussers were so much more attentive than the server... Weird.

We thought this place was great. Our waitress was just awesome and helped us be picky eaters lol. The food was delicious. They make all the food in house from scratch EXCEPT for the pasta. That was a little disappointing but it was still super delicious. We ordered a side of Alfredo and they whipped it up from scratch so that really impressed us AND it was velvety, smooth, creamy and delicious. Prices are reasonable considering Bethesda is pretty pricey. When we come back to Bethesda we will be back here for sure

I went for lunch and found the staff to be extremely courteous and friendly. My meal was served hot and prepared with care. While I would have preferred different flavors personally, I understand the appeal of American tastes and commercial food production. Overall, I had a very positive dining experience and felt it was worth the money.

The pizza was surprisingly fantastic, and the linguine Bolognese was absolutely perfect.
