Le Mu Eats - Bethel

My husband and I had the pleasure of eating here. We decided to try and share every dish. Everything was absolutely delicious! The curry grits with pig bell was amazing! The pig melts in my mouth. We also had the fried vegetable banh mi with beet chips. The taste of the vegetables was so tasteful, and I finished every bite. I filled the meal with a grilled corn cream brûlée, and I tasted every bite! The salty and sweet combination with the smokey corn was brilliant. Not only every dish tastes amazing, the coating was very good! I recommend Le Mu Eats. The food and the staff were both top-notch, and we look forward to eating again soon! Hats off to Chef Sav, your taste combinations are really delicious.

The February pop-up menu was excellent! Five courses that our taste buds certainly used and Elise is a great hostess who explains the origins of the creations of Chef Sav. If you get a chance, find out! Very recommended.

One of the best meals of my life. The flavors were inspired and I enjoyed every dish of amazing five course meal. If you have a chance to have a meal with Le Mu, I highly recommend you. Your taste buds thank you.
