Not bad. Most employees are very friendly and courteous. Encountered one today wasn?t that pleasant but who know everyone has there bad days.

Mugs dirty smell like hand-sanitary. Cold filled coffee grinds.3 times a month.

The last two days I happen to go through to this dunkin donuts to get breakfast, I was very disturbed to see that only one worker wore a mask. The employee who made the food didn't wear his mask. It was hanging on his right ear instead! With increasing Covid numbers, I would expect a better policy on mask training, especially those who treat food! I will not return to this place!

The staff are so extremely kind! And very funny!! ??

I used to work at this location. I left because I found a better job that paid more and had more benefits, but I did enjoy working at this location. Since I left, I have remained an occasional customer. Having worked there, I am particular about how I like my coffee, and with some of the newer staff, I have been met with eye rolls and treated as an inconvenience due to my specific requests, BUT I still come to this location because Olivia and Paulo, specifically go out of their way to give me an excellent experience. They are both highly competent and extremely friendly. I get from them some of the best customer service that I've gotten my entire life and as long as they are there, I will continue to frequent this particular DD location.
