Broken Symmetry Gastro Brewery - Bethel

They have a crazy flight sampler where you can pick 9 different beers . Yes please. Food was great and also dog friendly but only in the small front area by the parking lot and not the main patio area where it's more shaded.

Fantastic food (zucchini fries are top notch), and delicious beer. Loved 5/5 on my flight. Bought two 4 packs to go.

This place is awesome! I’ve been coming here about since when they’ve opened and every experience I’ve had has been fantastic. The staff is cool calm and collected, Dylan took care of us, did a great job, and the owners took a second of their time to check in and see how everything went! The beer has been a hit since day one. No questions. Now I know we are all sad about them not having our favorite burritos anymore, but a good business knows when to make some menu changes, and their food menu has sky rocketed! With some wonderful appetizers and some great entrees, my friend and I demolished our food (I got the steak sandwich which was a little spicy but still awesome), made a custom 4 pack of beers and scooted outta there. We made our stop on the way from Ohio to New Hampshire. Initially Broken Symmetry was simply chosen because of the perfect location to meet family for lunch. But once we got inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted warmly at the door, the staff was so friendly and knowledgable, the beers were excellent, and so was the food. My wife and I had burgers (one was a special of the day and the other appeared to be a regular menu item). I had a flight, with the winner being the Irish porter (Lux). My wife had a peach sour that she enjoyed quite a bit. We highly recommend this place, we'll be back when we're in the area.

This is one of my favorite places. It’s a unique vibe and it’s right in the center of quaint Bethel.We went later in the afternoon and sat outside. It was nice. I tried the farmhouse sour and the pineapple sour as well. The pictured drink with the fruit in it is their white sangria. The sangria was my favorite. (Sorry! I know it’s a brewery.)The sours were good, just I am truly a wine drinker at heart.The fries were good. Could have been a little crispier for me. Smoke sauce is yummy. The ranch is missing a little bit of flavor personally.The service was great throughout the visit except when we asked for our check. We asked two different people for our check and it took over a half hour to get it. A little frustrating, but everyone is short staffed so we just remained patient.We will definitely be back!
