Captain D's - Bessemer

Ate at this place last night (by the ride through). Service was fast, food was delicious. What I wanted was the lady in the car. Her name was Shay and let me tell you their customer service skills were on point. She was so polite and kind of the time she gave us our order, but kindness. At a time when I feel like the fast food business is fighting, it was so refreshing to have someone as nice as they take care of us. Great job Captain D?s!!!

I love this special Captain D's in Bessemer. We have our order through door Dash. I had Spoke in front of the manager. Our foods were hot and Oh so delicious????

My experience here this week was terrible. I ordered two 4 pieces of crushed fishmeals. I come home and open it and there are two country-style fish dishes. I call the store and a guy replied to the phone and his attitude was so incalant about the whole thing. He tells me there's no shattered, dipped fish, but nobody told me that before the order. He didn't care. Gas is now really expensive to go back and forth and waste more money on food that should have been right for the first time.

Spent $40 on food for my m the family and it was horrible. I ordered 2 meals, 1 batter dipped fish meal and 1 fish and chicken along with other foods. Neither fish meal was pleasing. The fish wasn't batter dipped and it was cold. Behind spending that kind of money, you should get what you pay for and it be freshly cooked. Will definitely not be going back to this location

Originally started off in drive thru but it was very busy so I parked and went inside. The cashier was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food. When it came time to get my food she opened the plastic containers for me to make sure that my food was made correctly. I don't remember her but she deserves credit for her role that she performed to perfection.
