Exceptional service with lots of emotions, really bright show with food and the food itself is incredibly tasty. Interior is very nice too. You also get bread, water, fruits and tea for free. Prices are bit higher than in other restaurants, but it’s worth it.

Delicious food ... great service ... I would recommend they add some sort of entertainment that fits a fine a fine restaurant.

I wish I could leave a no star review! Its all good and well until the dish you ordered is under cooked and you make a complaint. Manager Ali is so rude and was confrontational when we told him the grilled chicken was undercooked he said its perfect for him even though he wouldn’t dare to eat it. He refused to take the cost of the dish off the bill and only reduced the price after arguing with us, spoiling our evening and embarrassing us in the process by being so loud about the whole situation. The chicken was chewy and pink even though the outside was burnt see photos. We asked for it to be cooked again twice but still chewy and with a bad taste. Will never visit again! 1 star is for the good waiters who gave good service from the start but the food here is overpriced, tasteless and badly cooked. Its all social media hype!

I have been here a few times a few years ago, and then the food was amazing. Unfortunately, now it is not even close to good. Everything was so dry, and seasonless, salt was missing on everything considering that it is now also so much more expensive than before makes it even worse. The service however was extremely good but it did not make up for the underwhelming food. Definetly not worth a visit.. so many amazing places in Istanbul that are so much more worth the money and time.

Awesome place to visit in Istanbul. One of the few places where I was charged exactly for what I ordered (I know this should be given, but in Turkey it is a weird feature) Super friendly staff and the food was delicious, definitely will go back to this chain in another country. Turkey should have this sort of standard in hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions
