Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant has been my go-to spot for Friday lunch for years. However, a recent encounter with the supposed manager "Brandon" has changed that. I noticed a significant overcharge on my custom Margarita, which they have always served beautifully. When I questioned why I was being charged over $16 for a drink that is typically $10-12, "Sir Brandon" accused me of taking advantage of the bar for years. I had simply asked for a Grand Marnier floater, which is a common addition to a "Golden Margarita," and certainly not a full shot as he implied. Instead of rectifying the situation, Brandon insisted on the higher charge and displayed a rude attitude towards me. It's disappointing that the owner and staff like Pat and Phil are so kind and accommodating, yet Brandon continues to mistreat customers and staff at the restaurant. I will be exploring other lunch options in the future, as I have no desire to return while Brandon is in charge. I recommend others do the same and find an alternative spot for dining. This experience was so appalling that I felt compelled to write this review, as I never usually do so. Goodbye, Brandon.
This was a terrible dining experience. It took 30 minutes after we were seated to receive water and place our order. Throughout the rest of the meal, we were never offered refills. When we asked for a drink menu, we were told they didn't have one. Despite seeing other patrons with margaritas and mules, we couldn't get a straight answer on what drinks were available. To top it off, our food order was incorrect - we requested no tomatoes and chips, but received tomatoes and fries instead.
