This restaurant bears its name very well! I would even say it was the explosion of flavors!! My wife took a marshland with her little vegetables and she feasted, everything was perfect; cooking, seasoning, flavours. For my part, I let myself try by the octopus, dice the first bite I understood that I was going to spend an excellent time, it was simply sublime.The octopus was tender, tasteful, smoked, it was absolutely nothing, even a little rust that usually saves many dishes. Then when I tasted the risotto that accompanied her, also the same feeling, the TOP!!!
