Gasthaus Burkard Restaurant

Great service from friendly staff and amazing food at a good price. We went to this restaurant on our first evening in Bernkastel-Kues and decided to return two nights later, as the service, the meal and the location could not really be beaten. I would recommend that you book a table as the place will be full in the evening. A special thanks to Bianca our waitress who made the last night special.

We enjoyed an excellent meal here and received a very good reception and friendly, professional service during our meal. I had the duck and my wife washed the pork with a nice dry riceling. We would highly recommend.

I enjoyed sitting on their terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding historic buildings, enjoying a large ice cream coffee on late Sunday afternoon and enjoying a fast and friendly service. I was very happy.

In contrast to two years ago, we found that eating has left behind...the prices but not....was disappointed.

We came in the course of a bike tour to bks and were looking for accommodation in the short term. we were found in the guest house Burkard.The gas house is situated in the middle of the village, central is hardly possible. our room was small, with view into the courtyard, but offered everything we needed. the owners also provided us free of charge a closed cellar for our bikes. the map offers German and regional cuisine, as well as a selection of steaks e.g. from the US-Beef.The service is family and friendly. our breakfast next morning didn't leave us a wish open to us.
