Tierpark-Restaurant Dählhölzli - Bern

Maybe the worst restaurant in Berne. Food is not nice even beverages are not really great (because coffee maker is not clean). The owner is the city of Berne which explains everything.

Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the bad reviews. The lady downstairs in the SB Resti was very unfriendly and you didn't feel welcome. Maybe that's the case at home, but here in Switzerland we're used to something different. Tight if you can't sit outside due to the weather (upstairs was closed). Eating nothing special... Next time either have a picnic or eat somewhere else.

Were self-service. Space in the restaurant is rather limited in bad weather. But the food was fine and the portion was big enough.

Self service, good for a drink and/or snacks

The quality of food is not that good . I was surprised to get such quality in Switzerland I had Tartar and it was about 31.5 CHF the taste was just acceptable with very little bread. The fries was very good. Then we also had chicken on stew that was below average and also 31.5. The children had nuggets that was above average and taste good. The ice cream was good. The service was one very experienced person and 2 others a bit lost. I appreciate that you replied to my review and that you are interested in improving your restaurant
