Jack In The Box - Bermuda Dunes

Food is delicious and most of employees are the best here! But one lady Orali was just very rude to her employees, seen her nagging at a poor pregnant worker and is just walking back and forth in the store not doing anything. Needs a better management to appreciate employees more.

Just went inside to order lunch stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and nobody greeted me nor even acknowledged my presence. There were at least 4 employees running around behind the counter working on drive-thru orders nobody paying any attention to the counter. There were at least 3 more people behind me waiting and finally I asked Is anyone waiting on the counter? . The turn and looked at me like I was crazy. I left. This place is a disaster! Avoid it.

The short female supervisor Mariah Mejia smells like she doesn’t take shower's. Very disgusting.

Staff is always really nice, except for the younger female supervisor. She's mean to her staff (seen it happen) and she's short with customers (experienced it twice).Other than that, it's a consistent jack in the box experience.
