We love Zia Maria! You order by the slice and and they have a great selection. The slices are more like 3 smaller pieces. They also have some great infused oils on the tables to drizzle over the pizza.

The staff here enjoy blaming the customers whenever there is a problem. It ruins the food. Avoid the arrogance of the staff.

Definitely one of the best pizza places in Berlin, I eat a lot of pizza and I can testify: You won't find such tastes elsewhere. Mostly, because they have some fresh ingredients and also really good combinations of flavors.
