Öz Kebap Berlin

A small little joint within walking distance of the Charlottenburg Palace. Loved the Doner here they have both chicken and beef we had the chicken one. Adana kebap was tasty too. Portions were quite good. Staff was friendly.

Such a rude service and communication and over-charging for the food and every single thing. When I tried to clarify why this is, they said, If you don 't like, then go somewhere else. This shocked me. If I could give them a non-star, I would give it.

Ordered food from here and the delivery person was verbally abusing when asked to come upstairs to deliver the food. I called the owner and told him about this and he was like we can't do anything about this and cancelled the call. Such abusive behavior must not be tolerated. Won't order again.
