My wife purchased a full pan of ziti! Paid in full to be picked up on Sunday! My wife and I arrived Sunday and the owner told us my wife said she would make pickup on Saturday. After my wife didn't show up she threw out her ziti and said she would have to pay again ,if she wanted her food. We had to go to another restaurant to get food for that day !

Fresh and quality ingredients, lots of choices, including healthy choices, friendly and professional staff, clean facilities, great size portions. Really enjoyed it.

I ordered an hour in advance, and scheduled a pickup time. Showed up at the end of my 10 min window and the food wasn't even cooked yet. Ordered a salad with grilled chicken, there was no dressing or grilled chicken.

Update: after a month they said they are sorry to hear about it but nothing to offer to make things better. Guess they have enough business that they don't mind losing customers.Ordered at 5pm on a Wednesday. Food didn't leave until 6:20pm. It is a 7 minute drive, but didn't arrive until 6:45. Guess they had other deliveries in the same car.Food tasted ok but it was all cold. We ordered from here because a friend recommended it. Not sure we will order again to wait an hour and 45 minutes for cold food. Other pizza shops we've ordered from have managed to deliver hot food even when it is late.
