Burger King - Berlin Twp

Placed a delivery order... After waiting over an hour and fifteen minutes I received a text message stating that my order had been canceled with no explanation...had to get DoorDash to intervene to receive a refund days later... should have read the numerous bad reviews

When this location had 1st opened the food, service were really good. As time has passed I feel that the overall experience has declined. I love burger King, but this location is hit or miss.

It took them 17 minutes from the time we ordered at the drive thru to the time our food was brought out to us past the window. The food was ice cold and wrong items. Not going back to this location.

Good quality of food. Missed one item, but when I called they required I needed to return to the store to either get the item and/or for a refund.

They are friendly and whatnot, but consistently forget things in my order.
