Kfc - Berlin Road, Cromwell

The absolute best KFCs in the state of CT! Hands down! It’s as if Kernel Sanders Himself makes the chicken. They cook the chicken the way it’s supposed to be, not burnt, uncooked, or salty! The flavors really open your eyes to a world of possibilities. The drive through is weird, wouldn’t recommend going through it.

Fast service and efficient and friendly personnel. Excellent food also !

I asked if they were still open as soon as I walked in. They sold me food, had to substitute because they were out, took my money and then told me I had to leave because the lobby was closed. The first words out of my mouth through the door was are you still open? . I just didn 't want to eat crusty old chicken that wasnt my actual orderin my car in their parking lot.

Told me I had to leave the lobby after selling me food. Didn't have enough food to complete my order, did so with substitutions and old crusty chix. Then told me the lobby was closed and I had to leave. Terrible. Just Terrible.

This is the best KFC in the area, the worst KFC is 10 minutes in Middletown. Anybody giving this location a bad review are lame.
