Bidrage med feedbackThis place is great. they hook it bigger than chipotle and eating tastes great. the slow boar is my way, but I also had the vegetarian and vegan options. they all taste great. pro tipp: keep the foil on when they get a pack and just tear it in steps. they need the additional structural support so that the packaging is not full.
Urban turbann is my favorite Indian fusion restaurant in the usa, hands-down. when I lived in berkeley, I would be at least once all two weeks in urban turbans, if not more common. the combination of nostalgie-satisfying Indian foods and cost-effective/time-effective to go foods has proven to be very useful in the busy life of a subgrade. the personal is always quite friendly and will be happy to help them understand the menu if they are not familiar with the Indian foods. the restaurant offers her menu in a own style, so it is quite easy to adapt their offers to what they are looking for. when I was in school, I would often order a wrap or bowl, mango leti, and a samosa or two to complete it. at one of my most recent visits, I tried and found that it was too much for me to eat in a session. I guess I've eaten a lot more on college? freshman 15 senior 60, amirite? only me? my b. all sweating side, the restaurant is great. I would recommend a dish with butter huhn and adapt the rest of the ingredients to their imagination. I like to add the broken jalapenos, as well as the homemade rita (it's worth it, I promise! keto/ lower car people: in past I have eaten in urban turbann when I wasn't on a low carb diet, but it's just enough to get the same dish without the rice and to fill it on others. they will end up with a tonne of delicious food!
Man, this place is great to meet before a show in the Greek theatre. Imagine adding all their favorite Indian dishes as filling in a huge piece naan like a tortilla packed a burrito with various types of sauces and chutney as filling. Yeah, it's killer.
Chipotle style Indian food. you choose whether you want a pack or a bowl, then you choose your meat, cook and then cook. the amount of food they give them is extremely generous, sometimes they struggle to close the packaging because they put too much food in them. I think that huh here tastes really good and the chutneys are all really good. the price of a package ends with $8 flat, and for the amount of food they get and the fast service, I think it is really worth.
Food was below average. Ordered the chicken tandoori wrap through snack pass. Asked for no rice, paid for extra protein. The completely messed it up and gave me the opposite. The flavors were very dull and disappointing. The guys there seem clueless about indian food as well. Edit: the owner promptly refunded the order amount and apologized, which is very kind. I hope the amount was not refunded from the pays of the workers, though. Nevertheless, shows that they care about customer service and hence changed from 2 stars to 4.
