Roy's - BERKELEY SPRINGS

Thank you, Kenny! I was in Berkeley Springs, who visited a friend on the weekend. When I drove out of town, my car suddenly began to make a very loud and incredibly terrible sound. The service center was closed because it was Sunday, but AAA put me in contact with Kenny, who offered very kindly to help me with my car and/or it back to my hometown for me. Kenny was exceptionally friendly and found that the terrible grinding noise was a rock stuck on my bike. I was relieved, it was a simple problem and easy to fix. Kenny offered to wait while I drove around the block to make sure that the problem was solved and that my brakes worked properly. He checked that my tires were safe and that my bike was fine. In addition, when I mentioned that the only warning sign on my display was that I had to refill my washing machine fluid, but just hadn't come to do it yet, he offered me to help, even before I was back on the street. Kenny was so nice and quiet what I needed when I was worried that my car was broken off from home for 3 hours! Thanks again! I really appreciate it!

These people were brilliant on a Saturday and saved me and they repaired my tires on my car, why we were back. Great people and I don't know what I would have done with them. Thanks cindy Ken and Cody you are my heroes for 2022

I love this place! Convenient, versatile, affordable place. You can refuel, cigarettes or buy tobacco pipes@ a variety of affordable choice to take a snack or lunch, go shopping, whether for souvenirs or everyday items! This lil gemstone of a store is an eclectic surprise for everyone!

Standing position for a pit stop. Separate men and women, single, toilets. Clean. Has a small café for food and hot drinks. Gas pumps are fully equipped.

Had a flat and AAA sent a tow truck from Roy’s. The operator was great, pumped up the tire, found the screw stuck in it, and had me follow him to the shop. The guys at the shop were hanging out, tended to my tire, pulled the screw, and checked for leaks. All that and they didn’t even charge me! As tourists, you never know what to expect from people who know you’re from out of town. Can not recommend this shop enough.
