Bidrage med feedbackI accidentally stumbled on Ravenwood when I dug breakfast places in Berkeley Springs. Ravenwood is no longer a breakfast, but they offer a fantastic, fresh and very intimate dinner (only after reservation). Regina, the owner, was so generous and my wife and I enjoyed their company and wonderful conversations. The menu seemed to be daily, with a focus on fresh and high-quality ingredients and local influences. In all my travels I had no very special experience than these. 10/10 must go and recommend.
If you expect a lively place where many people are not for you. But... unexpected best time ever. This small picturesque place takes reservations to manage the space they have. The first impression was that this was absolutely scenic mom and pop and a unique experience. The food was good, and the conversation and interaction with the owner, Regina was above the top! We had an amazing bottle of wine and saw the guitar and wondered what that was. Then Regina came out and played acoustically and sang. She's so talented! All we can say is just wow... Just wow!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I can't say enough. Regina never disappointed and we are so happy that we could finally hear her game. Fresh, high quality food that tastes like someone made it for me in their home and great wine and beer choices. It was worth a wild ride from a dinner and every minute. Thank you. Regina for visiting your city so unforgettable.
Great food and a personalized experience. We came from Ohio on a road trip and chose this place based on the new weekly menus and cheeses. Loved the 4 course meal. We have beef and salmon. I wasn't a fan of desserts, but I think I'm very picky when it comes to dessert. My sister loved her. A wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks! The bread was wonderful and also the salad. Definitely a place to check if your local or just go through.
My husband and I had a memorable experience Saturday night. We had a fantastic meal, great wine (me) and beer (him) chosen with guidance from our hostess. When I couldn't decide between 2 entrees, Regina gave me a portion of both. And the evening ended with music, guitar and song by our chef. Sublime!
