Casa Maioli - Bergamo

I had one of their Piadine as a snack during the day and really liked it. It was high quality and fresh food with tasty ingredients. As all of this came at a fair price and the staff was friendly, I can recommend this place!

We stopped off here while waiting for our hotel to be ready, there was a delayed check in. After the first bite of the food I was somewhat grateful of this delay as it led us here. The wraps are all freshly made infront of you and there’s such a wide selection of fresh ingredients for the fillings. Would fully recommend.

I’ve been there this morning with my mom and we were not very happy with the hygiene standards. The same girl who was at the cashier handling coins and banknotes was also handling the ingredients to make our juice. She didn’t were any gloves or even washed her hands, which is very poor hygiene. Moreover, despite being friendly, she was too slow and brough my mom’s juice about 5 minutes after bringing my capuccino. This means I had already finished my breakfast when she brough the juice. I don’t understand why she couldn’t bring everything at the same time (a juice, a capuccino and two croissants. There wasn’t anyone waiting for the service so it was a bit disappointing her lack of coordination. There was no management around to oversee any of this. I’m leaving this review as the place is nice and the owner should be aware of these things and try to save their business before it’s too late.

Very kind staff. prices in the norm and these times are not a thing recently. in the center of bergamo with space for consumption both internal, wider, and external, more restricted.
