Albergo Della Torre - Bergamo

I stayed in the Hotel for a month and a half on business with a local company. The character and love in this Hotel Restaurant was very appreciated by me. I would move in if I could. The chef would come out and speak to me every night and even make things upon my request to make sure that I was completely comfortable. On Sundays when nothing in town was opened, he would always make sure that I was fed. This is an absolutely incredible place to stay at to eat at. If you get a chance, go stay for a while.

Family run hotel and restaurant. We wanted to see the chapel with the Lorenzo Lotto frescos, and they arranged it. We couldn 't have done it ourselves, as we were only here one day, and it wasn 't a day when visits were available. At first, they arranged and official visit. When we arrived, they told us that the person who would do the visit had called and couldn 't do it, but that they were pursuing other avenues. They found a way to do it. And the restaurant is marvelous. Hand made pasta with incredible sauces, lamb that melts in your mouth. And local wines. All at very reasonable prices. An incredible experience.

We called in on speck they were busy but fitted us in the food was lovely.

I'm their customer since almost 30 years. The second generation is now managing the restaurant hotel. The place is elegant and calm, service good, food out of standards
