Gasthof zur Schmiede - Franz Weiss

Finally proper healthy foodchoises on the menu!!! After 4days off eating burgers, schnitzels and cordonbleu this was FENOMENAL !! Had the fish dish from the menu, was delicious! It came with a nice and healthy salad, vegetables and boiled potatos. All very very tastefull!! We come back for sure!!!

It one of my favourite places in tge area, always solid good food at reasonable prices. Last time however, during their special weeks for goose i had an exceptionally good meal. A little more expensive than normal, but really amazing. The normal menu isn.t the greatest, but during the next special I will be their again. Bon appetite...

The Schmiede is a perfekt place and My choice when we hunt Gams in the Weinberger Alm. The owner Michi is just the perfect Gasthaus runner and always smiling. The food is super and they have several Karnten specialties to serv, I really recommend The Schmiede.
