Overpriced. He waited for three commands that two are done wrong and the third is delivered without sauces. Just say they don't have any dipping sauces for the chicken. Chickens overcooked and dry. Floors are slippery and the AC was out and not even try to fix it.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars!! Sa for 30 minutes in trip. In addition, was terrible service. The girl pretended she didn't know that half the menu wasn't in stock. When we got the window, they just laughed and talked and didn't even know what our order was. We finally got our food and there were long blond hair wrapped around my food. SAVE ICH MONEY PEOPLE!

Went through the drive through in our way thru town and they didn't have the grilled cheese my vegetarian was thinking they might. I got something and he was just getting fries, but when we went through the drive-thru the lady that helped us had toasted up a bun and put some cheese on it for him and didn't charge us! What an incredibly thoughtful and kind thing! Great service!

I got the grilled chicken sandwich cause they refused to substitute it for the fried chicken in the platter. The sandwich had nothing but a piece of chicken, mayo and lettuce.. I never knew that even fast food could taste so bland! Guess, I should've just eaten at taco bell.

I'll be honest, I was not expecting much from Long John Silvers and A&W combo. I normally leave these restaurant models disappointed, but this time was an exception largely due to Kayle (spelling). She was friendly and efficient. She also walked around checking on the guests like a waitress instead of a cashier. As a fan of Long Long Silvers I was happy that my meal was just a yummy as when I go to a stand alone Long Johns. Thank you Kayle for making this a pleasant experience.
