.....we have reservations and were extremely surprised. Already the reservation with Mr. Kühbeck, very accommodating and completely uncomplicated. We were greeted very charmingly by Mrs. Kühbeck and the evening was excellent and absolutely professionally accompanied by both. We chose the vegetarian menu with a delicate garden chicken in the main course. For this we have tasted a 2016 White Pinot by van Volxem from the Saar region. From homemade bread, via Amuse bouche, fermented redwort, in dessert camomile blossom ice cream with chocolate and more, each product perfectly matched for itself, always integrates a touch of acid. The service of Ms. Kühbeck professionally, loosely and discreetly versed, always with discretion, cordially and equally dedicated. A duet absolutely played. The ambience in the historic building, old vault and yet with a modernity. So we immediately reserved a second evening to fourth and were intrigued again.
